All Farewells provides a 30-day cooling off period as per QLD Government Regulations & Legislation, during which you can cancel your contract by sending a written notice. During this time, you will receive a full refund of your bond. It’s important to note that bonds cannot be withdrawn prior to death, except during the cooling-off period.

The investment value of your pre-paid contract is held in a regulated bond with Heritage Bank, and your family can only access the funds upon your passing as part of the pre-arranged contract. In the rare scenario that All Farewells is no longer in business when you pass away, the investment value will either be paid to your estate or another Funeral Director at the direction of your executor to contribute to your cremation expenses.
